Job Title: RN - MED/SURGLocation: Aiken,SCDuration:13 weeksShift:3x12hrs Fulfills the needs of the patients, families and community by performing a variety of patient care functions and tasks in accordance with his/her licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements.* Delivers care to patients in a competent, capable, caring and efficient manner.* Applies knowledge of growth and development over the life span necessary to provide age appropriate care.* Demonstrates the ability to obtain information and interpret information in terms of the patients needs* Demonstrates an understanding of the range of treatment needed by these patients* Makes initial assessment, and determines appropriate nursing needs of assigned patients, as evidence by appropriate documentation* Performs initial and ongoing assessment on all assigned patients, including a review of systems, as evidence by appropriate documentation* Completes admission assessment in time frame established, according to policy and procedures• CPI, NIHSS, BLS & ACLS – Required• BSN - Highly desired• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state/district - Required • Med/Surg Experience - Required: 2 Years • RN Experience - Required: 2 Years
